Stitches With A Story

From Fashion to Character

I am especially interested in costume design, where fashion becomes a tool for character development and world-building. I’m inspired by how costumes can ground a story in time, culture, and psychology, often speaking before a character does. My background in fashion and retail has sharpened my understanding of fit, function, and audience, while my academic work continues to push me toward design that supports story rather than spectacle.

Designing with Intention

My approach to design is rooted in storytelling, texture, and emotional clarity. I’m drawn to how clothing communicates identity—how color, silhouette, and material can quietly signal power, vulnerability, or transformation. I pull from literature, personal experiences, and the world around me to fuel my work.

I design with purpose, always considering the narrative a garment carries and the body it moves with.

Learning, Collaborating, Becoming

I’m currently seeking opportunities—internships, assistant roles, or collaborative projects—that allow me to learn within a creative, production-driven environment. I bring curiosity, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, along with a deep respect for the collaborative nature of design.

I’m eager to grow under experienced designers and contribute thoughtfully wherever I can, especially in spaces where costume, narrative, and culture intersect.
